First Guesthouse is situated in Lynnwood, Pretoria East. It has 10 bedrooms and is an ideal place for business people to stay. It is close to the Pretoria CBD, CSIR, Menlyn Shopping Mall, restaurants and N1&N4 high ways. There is also a self-catering family unit.

Directions:

1. From Pretoria Town: Take Park street as if going to Menlyn until you get to Lynnwood road. Continue with Lynnwood road until you pass Atterbury road driving towards N1. Pass Rosemary street. Turn right on the next street which is Rodericksstreet. Turn right into Sussex Street at a mini traffic circle and proceed until Chappies street. You will pass a big NG Church on your left. (You will see Lynnwood Village complex in front of you) Turn right into Chappies street and proceed to a t-junction which is Chappies and Kiepersol and turn left into Kiepersol street. The corner house with a green picket fence is 344 Chappies street, Lynnwood.

2. From Johannesburg: Take N1 North. Pass Atterbury off-ramp to Menlyn shopping centre. Take the next off-ramp which is CSIR/Lynnwood and turn left. Proceed to the 2nd set of robots which is Rodericks street and turn left. Turn right into Sussex Street at a mini traffic circle and proceed until Chappies street. You will pass a big NG Church on your left. (You will see Lynnwood Village complex in front of you) Turn right into Chappies street and proceed to a t-junction which is Chappies and Kiepersol and turn left into Kiepersol street. The corner house with a green picket fence is 344 Chappies street, Lynnwood.

3. From Polokwane: Take N1 South to Pretoria. Take the Atterbury road off-ramp next to Menlyn shopping centre then follow directions in two (2) above.

4. From Airport: Take R21 North towards Pretoria. Offramp at N1 Pretoria East/ Polokwane. Pass Atterbury offramp and follow directions as in (2) above.
